Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team at Osp Food & Beverages Private Limited, operating in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves direct engagement in field and retail sales operations, primarily focusing on kirana store distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities in the field and retail sectors targeting kirana stores.
- Apply effective negotiation strategies to close sales and meet targets.
- Convey product benefits persuasively to customers to drive purchases.
- Utilize personal two-wheelers to travel to various sales points.
- Use smartphones and order applications proficiently to manage orders and sales data.
- Maintain focus on achieving predetermined sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of kirana store distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and order management applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 28,000 to INR 45,000 based on performance and experience.
