Job Overview
We are in search of a committed and proficient Field Sales Executive to spearhead both sales and collection drives. The candidate should possess experience in business loan collections or sales within the financial service industry, exhibit strong communication skills, have good understanding of local markets, and demonstrate a focus on meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert leads for MSME loans through direct field engagement.
- Educate customers on various loan products and their eligibility criteria.
- Collect and verify KYC documents and other documentation required for loan processing.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments to streamline loan approvals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while nurturing ongoing client relationships.
Qualification and Experience
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation aptitudes.
- Ready to undertake extensive fieldwork.
- Basic understanding of loans and MSME sector preferred.
