Job Summary
The company seeks a dedicated and skilled Field Sales Executive based in Aurangabad to lead sales growth and collection activities. The role requires expertise in business loan collections or sales within financial services, complemented by excellent interpersonal communication and a results-focused mindset.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and convert potential MSME loan opportunities through direct field interactions.
- Provide clear explanations of loan products and eligibility criteria to clients.
- Gather and authenticate KYC documents and other necessary paperwork.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Meet set sales objectives and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience in field sales or financial services.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Readiness to undertake extensive fieldwork.
- Basic understanding of loans and MSME sector is desirable.
