Field Executive - Business Development

About the Role

PhonePe is seeking to hire Business Development Executives to join our field sales team across India. The position involves direct interaction with merchants to onboard and promote our products such as sound-boxes and smart boxes within the customer's shop premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchants and conduct revisit calls to existing ones.
• Perform responsible visits to customer locations.
• Sell and promote sound-box onboarding and smart box products at shops.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Applicants must have previous experience in field sales only.
• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade.
• Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle to perform field duties.

Employment Details

• Location will be assigned matching the candidate's current address.
• Work involves field sales and marketing activities.
• Fixed Sunday off every week.
• The salary will be credited on the first day of each month.
• Performance-based promotions available within 3 months.

Compensation

• CTC: ₹21,000 per month
• In-hand salary: ₹18,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 to ₹3,500 monthly
• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 based on performance
