Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between 17.80 and 20.25 dollars
• Full-time employment with flexibility in scheduling

Role Responsibilities

• Provide educational support and coordinate resources for families
• Assist caregivers with activities that promote child development
• Conduct developmental screenings for enrolled children
• Facilitate families' access to essential community services
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and program results
• Support processes related to enrollment and eligibility
• Engage in community outreach initiatives
• Encourage positive interactions between caregivers and children

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, an associate degree, or completed relevant college coursework
• Previous experience working directly with children and families
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid driver's license for travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Parenting Assessment Tool (PAT) Certification
• Fluency in Spanish (additional hourly compensation of 2 dollars offered)
• Experience within human services disciplines
