About the Role
This is an open opportunity for both internal HSE and external candidates to join Autism A Chara, a publicly funded organization, as a Part-time Facilitator supporting individuals with autism. The position is based in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin South and involves 35 hours of work weekly. Applicants should possess a full QQI Level 5 qualification in Health Care or related sectors, coupled with a dedicated passion for person-centered support. This role offers meaningful career development and skill enhancement in support work.
Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Operate independently with initiative.
- Understand and apply the philosophy of support for people with complex needs through Key Worker and Support Worker roles.
- Develop and implement person-centered plans and programme planning.
- Communicate fluently in English with strong communication capabilities.
- Possession of a full, clean driver's license is preferred due to occasional driving of service vehicles.
