About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Site Engineer with a B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and over 6 years of experience, specifically in high-rise residential building projects. This full-time position is based in the Greater Chennai Area or Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring full compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, survey data, and other technical documents to support construction activities.
- Coordinate planning and deployment of resources, materials, and equipment to enhance project efficiency.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility
Applicants with a bachelor's or diploma degree in civil engineering and significant experience working on high-rise residential constructions are eligible to apply.
