Role Overview

The Executive Assistant position is a full-time hybrid role in Austin, TX, with some flexibility to work from home. The person in this role will provide senior-level administrative support to executives, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. The role also involves organizing incoming priorities, drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining secure records, and helping keep communication flowing smoothly across executives, internal teams, and outside partners.
