Role Overview
This part-time Executive Assistant position requires providing comprehensive administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's schedule, arranging meetings across multiple time zones, coordinating travel logistics, and organizing both virtual and in-person events. The assistant will also prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documentation, take accurate minutes, monitor follow-up actions, and facilitate effective communication by managing correspondence and prioritizing email requests. Serving as a key liaison between the CEO and internal or external parties is essential.

Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in providing executive-level administrative and support services to senior leaders.
- Skilled in calendar and diary management, adept at juggling multiple time zones and prioritizing conflicting commitments.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized files.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with problem-solving aptitude to operate autonomously in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in common productivity and collaboration software suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), video conferencing tools, and project/task management applications.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders, preferably within technology, fintech, or rapidly scaling companies.
- Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent professional experience in business administration, management, or related disciplines.
