Role Overview
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a vital role driving commercial success across EROAD's strategically important customer accounts. Reporting to the Enterprise Accounts Director, you will work within a high-achieving sales team to oversee retention, expansion, and growth initiatives for a portfolio of medium to large enterprise clients.
Your responsibilities include establishing strong, multi-layered stakeholder relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and implementing structured account plans that deliver lasting value for both EROAD and its customers. You will be a trusted advisor partnering closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer experience while consistently surpassing revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Drive growth, retention, and customer success for a diverse range of enterprise clients.
- Understand customer needs thoroughly and propose solutions that improve safety, intelligence, and operational efficiency.
- Engage in both local and national travel as required for client engagement.
- Collaborate across operations, product, and support teams to deliver superior customer service.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities actively.
- Stay informed on industry developments and confidently communicate complex technical concepts to customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in account management or related roles, preferably with exposure to transport or technology sectors.
- Strong ambition and confidence in embracing new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to build authentic and lasting client relationships.
- Proactive approach with an aptitude for spotting and cultivating new business prospects.
- Proven ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve impactful results.
