- Support the functioning of equipment interfacing with district cooling, such as heat exchangers and chilled water piping with control valves, ensuring efficient heat transfer and balanced operation.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and promptly diagnose and repair faults in cooling and air distribution systems, replacing filters, belts, and worn parts as necessary.
- Maintain indoor air quality by regularly cleaning or replacing filters, inspecting ducts, and ensuring ventilation meets health and hygiene standards—especially in guest and food & beverage areas; participate in third-party indoor air quality checks to support regenerative tourism initiatives.
- Respond swiftly to HVAC-related guest issues, minimizing disruptions and maintaining comfort levels according to resort expectations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance work, system readings, and repairs; report significant faults or recurring problems; keep clear handover notes; and perform preventive maintenance management via a CMMS-integrated platform.

- Engage in annual performance reviews, continuously upgrade technical skills, and participate in relevant training programs.

- Diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or an equivalent field.
- Three to five years of practical experience in HVAC maintenance, ideally within resort or hotel environments.
- Strong expertise in air conditioning systems such as FCUs, AHUs, and split units, including refrigeration principles and hands-on controls.
- Familiarity with chilled water systems and equipment interfacing with district cooling is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Competent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety protocols.
- Proficient communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
