Salary: €58,000 - €65,000 per year

Weekly working hours: 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DOORS modules covering all specifications aligned with the System Breakdown Structure (SBS).
• Ensure adherence to configuration-required naming conventions and set up link relationships across modules.
• Harmonize document naming standards throughout the project.
• Create and enhance requirement specification templates such as Equipment Specification Templates.
• Evaluate and confirm the functionality of existing templates like HC SSS and SSDD.
• Implement and propagate template updates across pertinent system folders.
• Review and advance compliance matrix templates, including Program and HC SSS Compliance Matrices.
• Standardize and clean existing templates ensuring clarity and accessibility for all users.
• Test and verify all adjustments implemented within DOORS.
• Serve as the primary contact point for engineers and designers concerning DOORS templates and usage.
• Provide support for users with inquiries regarding requirement linking, module organization, and best practices in DOORS.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or possess comparable vocational training with practical experience in requirements management.
• Proven experience with IBM DOORS tool.
• Strong understanding of requirements engineering principles and system architectures like SBS.
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and standardizing templates and specifications.
• Detail-driven and methodical in approach to work.
• Effective communication skills to clarify complex concepts and support various stakeholders.
• Willingness to act as a resourceful point of contact assisting colleagues with tool and process questions.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
