What you will do

  • Train distributor sales teams on product features and benefits so they can better sell to end customers.
  • Communicate company policies, product lines, and programs clearly to distributors so they can use them effectively.
  • Gather market intelligence on product needs, program ideas, national account potential, competitive activity, and distributor challenges or opportunities.
  • Submit weekly reports covering sales activity and expenses.
  • Develop early territory sales goals and spending estimates to help shape annual business planning.
  • Maintain regular daily contact with distributors, customers, the regional manager, and customer service representatives, along with weekly interaction with the credit manager, customer service supervisor, and marketing coordinator.

Requirements
