About the Role

Shards of Clarity is hiring a full-time Director of Operations to oversee the company’s end-to-end operational function from a remote location in the USA. This position is focused on building stronger operating systems, improving execution across teams, and supporting the organization’s continued growth through better planning and process discipline.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day functioning and long-term planning of the operations department.
  • Design, refine, and standardize operational workflows and management systems.
  • Work closely with production, supply chain, sales, and other teams to keep work aligned.
  • Track operational performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
