Role Overview
Based in the Newmarket Support Office following a hybrid schedule (three days onsite and two days remote), the Digital Marketing Specialist supports the expansion of Timezone, Zone Bowling, and Kingpin throughout New Zealand. This hands-on position focuses on employing data-driven digital strategies to stimulate repeat visits and deepen guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement digital campaigns across websites, mobile applications, and primary platforms.
- Utilize guest data for targeted segmentation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Create and enhance campaigns aimed at reactivating and retaining visitors to venues.
- Oversee digital channels including the official website, app interfaces, and in-venue displays.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance digital tools and automation processes.
- Assist in the marketing of gift cards, vouchers, and other commercial promotions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
- Proficiency in handling customer data, segmentation tactics, and campaign management.
- Exceptional attention to detail with capabilities in campaign setup, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal skills permitting smooth coordination across multiple teams.
- An analytical approach focused on continuous improvement of marketing outcomes.
