Role Overview

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide critical IT support at our Wunstorf, Lower Saxony location. This is an on-site contract position focused on delivering prompt first- and second-level assistance to desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first- and second-tier support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Address service requests and incident reports via ticketing systems, telephone, or direct interaction.
