Deputy/Assistant Director, AML Supervision

Role overview

This position is centered on building a knowledge management and analytics capability that makes internal information easier to find and use, while also enabling stronger, data-backed insights into supervisory performance.

Key work areas

• Develop, run and enhance an AI-supported knowledge hub that brings together institutional content, improves searchability, and helps staff get answers through chatbot and intelligent search features.
• Contribute to the automation of data gathering for supervisory effectiveness from line supervisory departments, then convert that information into dashboards, reports and visual summaries that help track the effectiveness of risk-based supervision.

What the role requires

• Create the overall structure for capturing, arranging, updating and retrieving institutional knowledge such as policies, procedures, frequently asked questions, guidance notes, prior cases and decision logs.
• Partner with TG to develop a platform that supports smart search, chatbot-style queries, document summarisation and suggestions for relevant reference materials.
• Maintain dynamic documents using a clear classification system and version control so that content stays current and easy to manage.
• Understand how AI solutions consume structured information and return relevant results.
