Role Overview
As a Poker Dealer, your main responsibility is managing the Poker table. You will ensure a professional and enjoyable experience by greeting guests warmly, guiding them through the gameplay clearly, and delivering attentive service directly at the table. You will expertly handle chip exchanges, payments, and payouts with accuracy and reliability. Additionally, you will operate gaming components like chips, cards, and roulette balls confidently to maintain flawless game flow. Oversight of the game progress, ensuring fairness, and enforcing applicable rules will be a key part of your duties.
Candidate Profile
- Quick understanding and high concentration capabilities along with manual dexterity.
- Open and communicative personality with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to remain focused, dependable, and efficient even during busy periods.
- Excellent command of German, good English skills, strong numerical comprehension, and mental arithmetic proficiency.
- Team player who values confidentiality and loyalty, willing to work shifts including weekends, and possessing a clean criminal record.
Training
Comprehensive instruction covering all technical knowledge and practical procedures required for dealing at the game table will be provided during training.
