Responsibilities
- Lead and manage poker table games ensuring rules and procedures are strictly followed.
- Welcome and assist guests attentively, explaining game rules clearly and providing service-focused support at the gaming tables.
- Handle chip exchanges and transactions related to payout and buy-in processes accurately and reliably.
- Operate game equipment including chips, cards, and roulette balls proficiently to maintain flawless gameplay.
- Monitor game progress vigilantly, uphold fairness at the table, and apply all relevant regulations consistently.
Candidate Profile
- Quick learner with excellent concentration and dexterity.
- Outgoing, communicative personality with a friendly demeanor.
- Able to maintain focus, dependability, and efficiency even in busy environments.
- Fluent German language skills, good command of English, strong numerical aptitude, and confident mental arithmetic.
- Good team player, discreet, loyal, and willing to work shifts including weekends; a clean criminal record is required.
