About the Company
31West is an inbound customer support BPO that handles service operations through phone, live chat, email, and back-office support.
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced US voice process professional to manage inbound customer calls, resolve queries effectively, and maintain strong service quality while working permanently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers based in the US.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Keep customer satisfaction and call quality metrics at the required level.
- Record updates correctly and follow the prescribed operating process.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must have 2 to 4 years of experience in a US voice BPO environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a US inbound voice process is required as per the candidate profile.
- Freshers are not eligible, and candidates with career gaps are not preferred.
- Strong spoken English is mandatory.
- Candidates must have their own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- The role requires working 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
- This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity.
