Role summary
This position is for a customer support professional in a US inbound voice process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries accurately, keeping service quality high, and following standard operating procedures. The work arrangement is permanent work from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers in the US market.
- Deliver precise and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain strong call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Keep customer records updated and work according to the defined SOPs.
Candidate requirements
This opportunity is not suitable for freshers. Applicants should have no career gaps and should bring 2 to 4 years of experience in US voice BPO work. The profile also mentions a requirement of 3+ years of experience in a US inbound voice process. Strong spoken English is mandatory.
