Role Overview
We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding support for a top consumer electronics brand. This remote position involves assisting customers using multiple communication channels.
Key Duties
- Providing help through phone calls, emails, and chat about product details, troubleshooting, order status, and complaint resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recording all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Working with colleagues to improve understanding of product features and updates.
- Keeping up to date on new trends and releases in the electronics industry.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally within the electronics sector.
- Strong communication skills paired with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
