Role overview
Penkraft Ideas is hiring a female Customer Service Intern in Thane to support communication with leads, teachers, and students from a service-oriented perspective.
What you will do
- Support the handling of incoming leads and follow up in a customer service capacity.
- Coordinate with the company’s teachers and students to help manage day-to-day queries and communication.
Compensation and benefits
The internship offers a stipend of ₹10,000 per month plus revenue share, with an estimated monthly take-home of ₹16,000 to ₹25,000. A full-time employment offer is available after successful completion of the 6-month internship.
