Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Address customer concerns regarding orders, payments, shipping, product details, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Conduct order confirmation calls prior to dispatch when necessary.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor shipments and proactively inform customers about delivery progress.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update order statuses in company systems.
- Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism, providing effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed.
- Adhere to company standard operating procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to enhance products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management capabilities.
- Attentive listening and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations concurrently.
