Customer Service Associate - International Banking Process

About the Role

We are currently seeking candidates for a position in an International Banking process located in Malad, Mumbai. This role primarily involves managing customer service and addressing banking-related queries from international clients. The position requires strong command over English communication and relevant prior experience.

Location and Work Details

• Work Location: Malad, Mumbai
• Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office)
• Transportation: One-way transportation provided
• Shift Timings: US Shift from 5 PM to 9 AM
• Working Hours: 9 to 9.5 hours per shift

Eligibility and Experience Criteria

• Graduate candidates with up to 6–7 years of work experience
• HSC candidates with up to 10 years of work experience
• Maximum age limit: 40 years
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer queries related to banking services and account details
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
• Assist customers with various banking requests and service-related questions
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions
• Adhere to prescribed process guidelines and maintain quality standards
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
• Willingness and ability to work US shift hours
• Possession of all necessary employment and educational documents
• Completion of UAN verification is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred, candidates serving notice period also considered

Compensation and Benefits

• HSC Candidates: Annual salary up to ₹6.2–6.5 lakh
• Graduates: Annual salary up to ₹7 lakh
• Night Shift Allowance applicable
• One-way transportation facility provided
