Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Thane (Olympus) on a full-time basis. This role requires working from the office with shifting schedules in a 24×7 rotational shift format. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of AP/AR experience; fresh graduates are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Handle General Ledger entries and utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Oversee cash application and allocate payments accurately.
• Conduct reconciliation of customer accounts and bank statements.
• Analyze aging reports and make adjustments to receivables as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Strong knowledge of invoice and payment processing procedures.
• Competent in bank and vendor/customer reconciliation tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Effective communication skills.
