Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle booking management and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Oversee backend department activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Interface with customers at the front desk, providing game briefings and instructions.
- Maintain a welcome attitude focused on hospitality and excellent customer service.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging customer interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage the complete customer service process from start to finish.
- Show commitment to delivering high-quality service paired with good organizational capabilities and interpersonal skills.
