Role Summary

We are looking for a driven Customer Account Manager focused on increasing upsell and expansion revenue within a broad portfolio of existing customers. This role involves independently identifying and closing new growth opportunities, managing the customer relationship from start to finish, and collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Success, Support, and Renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals. Key Responsibilities

  • Employ value-based selling techniques that connect expansion discussions to clear business value and ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Ensure retention through outstanding customer service and cultivating trusted long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with business users and procurement teams for timely account expansion while maintaining accurate CRM and sales records.
  • Handle multiple accounts, systems, and administrative duties simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity with proven interaction success with internal and external stakeholders.
