Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis by upselling and cross-selling within current customer accounts.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with IT channel partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to minimize turnover and enhance customer loyalty.
- Work closely with internal departments including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development Reps, and Marketing to design and implement strategic account plans.
- Recognize and assess opportunities to promote AI-driven security products and automation solutions to clients.
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is up-to-date with precise records, maintaining high standards of data cleanliness and reporting.
- Utilize automation technologies to streamline sales workflows and boost engagement with customers.
Candidate Profile
- Proven record of accomplishment within a dynamic, results-driven sales environment, particularly in IT channel sales or cybersecurity vendor settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate IT infrastructures and MSP operational frameworks.
- Strong capabilities in communicating, negotiating, and establishing meaningful relationships.
- A keen intellectual curiosity paired with a solid understanding of the constantly evolving cyber threat environment.
- A strategic mindset that is proactive and oriented towards delivering solutions.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- A collaborative team player devoted to maximizing value for customers.
AI and Automation Integration
The role involves working with AI-enhanced sales platforms and automation tools that assist in pinpointing customer requirements, customizing communications, and optimizing sales pipelines. Experience with AI-focused insights and automated sales processes is advantageous.
Performance Measurement
