Job Overview
Savannah R3 School District is seeking a dedicated full-time custodian at the High School location with a shift from 2 PM to 10 PM. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the school facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including classrooms and restrooms.
- Manage floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and mopping.
- Ensure the security of classrooms and the assigned building.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for extracurricular events.
- Support minor repairs of school structures and equipment.
- Handle moving of furniture and supplies as needed.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by the head custodian or administrator.
