Position Summary

We are seeking a Country Manager for Italy who will serve as the local CEO overseeing all aspects of the Italian market. This role includes complete P&L accountability and leadership of a 15-member team, with plans to expand to 50-60 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the market currently at €1.8M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by ensuring the sales organization achieves significant growth.

  • Drive the entire commercial lifecycle in Italy, managing revenue goals, forecasting accuracy, and the performance of SDR, BDR, and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and coaching to expand the sales force from 15 to approximately 60 members, scaling the team efficiently.
  • Enhance sales operations and unit economics to sustain contribution margin 3 (CM3) profitability while expanding a client base exceeding 400 real estate agencies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years’ experience in SaaS or digital technology sales, with a focus on high-volume, low-priced small and medium business (SMB) segments rather than enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading revenue teams, managing P&L responsibility preferably in a fast-growth startup or scale-up environment.
  • Fluency in Italian at a native level and substantial cultural or professional ties to Italy, with proven capability to lead fully remote teams distributed anywhere in Europe.
