Job Overview
The Cluster Manager role is focused on expanding sales performance across designated bank branches within an open-architecture setup. This position is responsible for meeting branch-level sales goals while building productive relationships with bank teams and supporting the sales effort on the ground.
Primary Objectives
- Own sales delivery for the assigned cluster of bank branches and work toward target achievement.
- Assist the RO (FLS) in closing business by preparing benefit illustrations and joining client meetings when needed.
Relationship Building and Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain a strong, transparent, and collaborative relationship with branch managers, officers, and other bank staff.
- Hold regular conversations with bank employees to share insurance knowledge, explain JV company products, and understand any concerns or barriers related to selling insurance.
- Make sure service expectations are fulfilled, medical arrangements are supported, and customers remain satisfied.
Lead Generation
Drive lead generation from the bank branch network through walk-ins, data mining, referrals, and other suitable sources.
