Role Overview
In this Clinical Trial Associate position, you will help manage and oversee clinical trial sites by supporting protocol compliance, regulatory adherence, and good clinical practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Help coordinate site monitoring activities and ensure study protocols are followed, while resolving site-level issues in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation and review of regulatory paperwork so that site operations remain aligned with GCP and other applicable rules.
- Work with teams across functions to keep communication smooth and to provide practical support to trial sites during the full study process.
- Maintain and assess site performance data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve the efficiency of site management.
- Take part in training efforts and assist in mentoring junior colleagues involved in clinical trial operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
- Prior exposure to clinical research, site oversight, or monitoring, with a strong understanding of clinical trial procedures and GCP expectations.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.
- Good analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail to maintain consistently high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to build productive working relationships with site staff and cross-functional partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed, around 25% of the time.
