In this Clinical Trial Assistant role based in São Paulo, you will help coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, supporting the delivery of research programs that advance new treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, start-up, and day-to-day execution of clinical study activities.
• Carry out site feasibility reviews and contribute to site identification and selection.
• Work with investigative sites to help maintain protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Track study progress and assist with data collection oversight to protect quality and accuracy.
• Help prepare, organize, and review study records, documentation, and reports.

Profile and Experience

• A background in clinical trial monitoring or related research work is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as life sciences or healthcare is required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are important.
• You should be comfortable working on your own as well as with cross-functional teams.
• The role calls for close attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
