About the Role

This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Tampa, FL, offering flexibility while engaging in challenging work that impacts millions by enhancing healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule & Training

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 10% for quarterly meetings.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and multiple web applications.
