Overview
This role is for a proactive Client Acquisition Executive to support staffing sales growth in Hyderabad. The position is office-based and follows a five-day work week. The focus is on finding and qualifying B2B staffing prospects, with an emphasis on outreach, research, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop qualified leads for domestic staffing opportunities.
- Reach out to TA, VM, procurement, HR, and other decision-makers at target companies.
- Screen and validate prospects before passing them to the business development team.
- Research the market to find organizations that are actively hiring.
- Keep the lead tracker and pipeline records up to date.
- Contribute to business expansion through consistent client outreach.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn-based client acquisition.
- Working knowledge of the staffing and recruitment domain.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with networking ability.
- Ability to research prospects and identify relevant opportunities.
- Prior exposure to business development or related support work is an advantage.
