Key Responsibilities

• Install and service analog and IP CCTV cameras.
• Set up DVR and NVR systems efficiently.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on installed CCTV equipment.
• Lay and crimp CAT6 cables professionally.
• Configure basic IP networking for security devices.
• Install access control systems and biometric devices.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and excellent customer relations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in CCTV installation and servicing.
• Experience as an electrician with CCTV expertise is also considered.
• Familiarity with basic IP networking concepts is preferred.
• Strong cabling proficiency.
• Honesty, responsibility, eagerness to learn, and polite communication with customers.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹30,000.
