Job description
About the Role
We are a Saudi platform focused on readiness and accreditation within the healthcare sector. We are assembling a team of experienced consultants to support readiness and accreditation projects for private healthcare facilities across the Kingdom.
Role Responsibilities
- Assess facility readiness against Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) standards to identify existing gaps.
- Compile evidence portfolios including policies, procedures, records, and proofs of implementation.
- Conduct mock surveys simulating evaluators' methodology through interviews, patient tracking, and site tours.
- Provide training to quality teams and department heads.
- Review and ensure the linguistic and technical accuracy of standard contents (remote office work).
Framework and Standards
Work is guided by CBAHI standards applicable to hospitals, medical complexes, dental clinics, laboratories, and blood banks covering areas such as Leadership and Management, Patient Safety Objectives (IPSG), Infection Control, Facility Management and Safety (FMS), Human Resources and Professional Accreditation, Medication Management, Diagnostic Services, Medical Record Management, Quality Improvement, and Risk Management. Four evaluation methods are used: document review, interviews, field observation, and patient tracking. Accreditation thresholds and essential safety requirements (ESR) for hospitals must be met.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in quality or patient safety within an operational healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia.
- Completion of a full CBAHI accreditation cycle internally—preparation, visit, and corrective plan phases.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages written skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous or current experience as a CBAHI surveyor.
- Professional certifications such as CPHQ, CPPS, or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/15189.
- Experience specializing in infection control, facility management and safety, laboratory, medication, or central sterilization pathways.
Application Instructions
Interested candidates are invited to submit a direct message including three brief lines specifying their last workplace and role during their accreditation cycle, their city, and their readiness for onsite visits.
