About the Role
Axis Bank is seeking a CASA Sales Officer to promote and sell current and savings accounts. This is a permanent, on-roll position offering a competitive salary with attractive incentives. The role requires local travel and direct customer interaction to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell current and savings accounts to acquire new customers.
- Conduct local marketing and travel to engage prospective clients daily.
- Reach out to existing customers to encourage additional deposits and cross-sell various banking products.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the organization.
- Complete mandatory certifications such as AMFI and EUIN following joining.
- Participate in continuous learning programs and training sessions organized by the bank.
- Log all customer interactions promptly in the bank's CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all regulatory and compliance guidelines during operations.
- Engage actively in bank initiatives and organizational changes as directed.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Any graduate degree holder eligible to apply.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory due to travel requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly gross salary of approximately 19,800 INR CTC.
- Take-home pay around 16,500 INR.
- Incentives potentially ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 INR per month based on performance.
Additional Information
- The career progression path includes promotions from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 (Fast Track Growth), then Assistant Manager Sales, and Sales roles beyond.
