Role Overview
Park Group of Hospitals is hiring an Operation Theatre Technician for its Karnal, Haryana location. The role focuses on supporting cardiac surgeries by ensuring the operating theatre is fully prepared, sterile, and equipped for safe procedures.

Job Purpose
The Cardiac OT Technician will be responsible for maintaining a controlled sterile environment, handling surgical tools and equipment, and assisting with cardiac procedures to support smooth theatre operations and strong infection control before, during, and after surgery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating theatre and required setup before cardiac procedures.
- Maintain sterility across the field, instruments, and surgical environment.
- Track and manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Support the surgical team during procedures with timely intra-operative assistance.
- Stay ready to respond to urgent or emergency theatre requirements.
- Record relevant documentation and oversee sterilization processes.
- Coordinate with the biomedical team for equipment-related support and upkeep.
