About the Role
This opportunity is with a well-established organisation in Doha, where the selected professional will lead improvement efforts across several business functions. The role focuses on reviewing how work is currently carried out, finding ways to make operations more efficient, and helping deliver broader transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing workflows to spot areas where performance and efficiency can be improved.
- Create clear maps of current processes as well as the redesigned future version of those processes.
- Run collaborative workshops with internal stakeholders to gather input and align on solutions.
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures for key business activities.
- Contribute to Lean practices and wider continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare business cases, supporting analysis, and process-related documentation.
- Follow through on the rollout of improvement initiatives and track progress.
- Work closely with both business and technology teams to streamline operations.
- Measure and monitor KPIs and overall process performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence is needed.
- Practical exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management is expected.
- Strong capability in engaging and influencing stakeholders is important.
- The candidate should be able to build process maps and prepare detailed documentation.
- Background in financial services would be an advantage, though it is not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based onsite in Doha, Qatar.
