Role overview

Bostani, known for premium chocolates, custom sweets, and refined gifting products, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales Specialist to strengthen its online business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time on-site role focuses on growing digital revenue, improving the online customer journey, and representing the brand with a polished e-commerce experience.

What you will do

• Run the everyday operations of the company’s e-commerce website and keep the shopping journey smooth and intuitive.
• Plan, execute, and refine online sales initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
• Maintain product pages across the online store, including persuasive copy, visual assets, correct pricing, and accurate product information.
• Review website performance and sales metrics, identify patterns, prepare reports, and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns such as SEO, email outreach, and social promotions that boost traffic and conversions.
• Monitor stock availability online so that products remain available and stock gaps are reduced.
• Respond quickly and professionally to online customer questions and handle concerns related to orders, payment processing, and delivery.
• Track e-commerce developments, competitor activity, and new digital tools to spot growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in e-commerce or digital sales, ideally in luxury retail, consumer goods, or food and beverage.
• Comfortable using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or comparable systems, along with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to build and apply successful online sales strategies.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and convert findings into action.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, plus strong attention to detail.
• Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering a premium brand experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
