Role summary

This position is focused on customer relationship management and business development for a defined food-service channel, such as restaurants, recreation, and hotels. Key responsibilities

  • Grow volume and revenue across key food-service accounts by using data-driven selling approaches
  • Develop strong customer partnerships and improve satisfaction through high-quality service and execution
  • Launch and support local and national promotional programs to strengthen brand presence and performance
  • Make sure customer activity aligns with contract requirements
  • Partner with the Selling Operations team to raise overall customer satisfaction
  • Review customer and market data using Circana insights to spot and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage fountain, bottle, can, and supply income growth

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of fact-based selling experience
  • Post-secondary education is required
  • A valid driver’s licence and dependable vehicle are mandatory
