Overview
Visionsoft International is seeking a driven and detail-focused Business Development Manager specializing in U.S.-based IT staffing to join their expanding team in Chennai, India. This role focuses on establishing and managing client relationships in the staffing sector, including contract and direct-hire placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and secure new clients along with MSP/VMS accounts for diverse staffing engagements: contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire.
- Generate leads, evaluate business prospects, develop proposals, and present these solutions to potential clients, fostering long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications.
- Handle negotiations related to commercial terms, service agreements, and rate cards while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Keep abreast of the latest IT hiring trends, including cloud technologies, AI, and software development, to advise clients effectively.
Candidate Profile
- At least 6 years of B2B sales experience within IT staffing, consulting, or staff augmentation industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various staffing frameworks such as W2, C2C, 1099, and experience with platforms like Beeline or Fieldglass.
- A proactive 'hunter' sales mentality with excellent persuasion, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
