Overview
Intech Systems is hiring a proactive Business Development Manager to lead international sales efforts focused on the U.S. market. This position calls for someone with 4+ years of experience in B2B and B2C selling, a strong drive to close deals, and the ability to develop lasting client relationships while supporting growth in cloud and enterprise offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement account-winning strategies for selected customers in the U.S. market.
- Consistently meet quarterly as well as yearly revenue targets.
- Manage the sales funnel in Dynamics CRM and provide reliable forecasts.
- Own assigned accounts end-to-end, address client questions, and make sure contractual commitments are fulfilled.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions match client expectations and requirements.
- Develop connections with decision-makers across B2B and B2C segments and convert those relationships into business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue fresh leads through LinkedIn and other database/search tools.
- Promote Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, and enterprise-level solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to shape suitable Azure offerings and support smooth implementation.
Additional Advantage Areas
Candidates with the following strengths will have an edge:
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, or BI solutions.
- Strong command over Microsoft Dynamics products.
- Confident presentation skills for customer-facing meetings and pitches.
Education
A B.Tech background is preferred, and an MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
