About the Role
Life Cure Biotech is seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in pharmaceutical sales to join their Sales & Marketing department. This is an on-site role based in Chandigarh, focused on outbound calling to promote pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to doctors, distributors, stockists, and clients to present company offerings.
- Provide clear explanations of product details, pricing structures, and promotional offers via phone communication.
- Generate new sales leads and successfully convert these into confirmed sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with both existing and prospective customers to foster ongoing engagement.
- Accurately maintain call logs and customer information for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Educational background preferably includes B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualifications.
- Effective communication and telephonic interaction skills are essential.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude towards sales activities and follow-up procedures.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
Compensation and Incentives
Employees can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, supplemented with additional incentives based on performance.
