Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Chennai-based real estate team. The primary focus of this role is to generate new leads, respond to customer inquiries, facilitate property showings, and transform potential buyers into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients via phone outreach, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Manage both inbound and outbound queries related to property offerings.
• Arrange and conduct on-site property tours for interested customers.
• Clarify project specifics, price details, and payment schedules to clients.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with customers and channel partners.
• Perform timely follow-ups to convert leads into finalized sales.
• Keep customer information updated in the CRM system consistently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and closing experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally within Chennai for client meetings and property visits.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software is preferred.
• Prior sales experience, especially in real estate, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Open to fresh graduates demonstrating excellent communication talents.

Additional Information

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 monthly plus attractive incentives

Experience Required: 0 to 3 years; candidates without experience are welcome

Education: Completion of 12th grade or any graduation stream
