Role overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst focused on CRM and Salesforce to help drive customer relationship management initiatives. In this role, you will examine business needs, refine CRM workflows, and contribute to Salesforce solutions that can scale with the organization. The position involves working with both business stakeholders and technical teams to improve sales, service, and customer engagement outcomes.
What you'll do
- Collect, review, and clearly record business and functional needs.
- Partner with teams across business, sales, marketing, and IT to advance Salesforce-related work.
- Study CRM workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Create supporting documentation, reports, and dashboards for business use.
- Assist with testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and support deployment work.
- Share progress updates and business recommendations with stakeholders.
Required background
The role calls for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related area. Candidates should bring 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on CRM or Salesforce initiatives, along with hands-on experience translating business needs into functional specifications. A solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and business process analysis is important, as are strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred exposure
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Professional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage.
