Role overview
Aaratech Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst focused on AI and automation to help drive business transformation initiatives. The role centers on understanding current operations, defining requirements, and working with technical teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
What you will do
- Collect, clarify, and document business and functional needs for AI and automation initiatives.
- Review existing workflows to spot opportunities where automation can add value.
- Work closely with business, data, and technology stakeholders to help deliver AI-enabled solutions.
- Create process documents, business reports, and workflow materials.
- Assist with user acceptance testing and support solution rollout activities.
- Share insights, findings, and project suggestions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related area.
- 3 to 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst on technology or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with process analysis and requirements documentation.
- Working knowledge of AI, automation, and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills and tools
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or robotic process automation.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum delivery approaches.
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, or Certified ScrumMaster are advantageous.
