Role overview
As a Team Member at Burger King with GPS Hospitality, you will be one of the main people guests interact with and will help deliver friendly service and a welcoming experience. The company is open to candidates looking for a full-time role, as well as those seeking a part-time position that fits around other goals. Shifts may be available across breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends, depending on your availability.
Success in this role depends on presenting a warm, upbeat approach: smiling, making eye contact, and bringing a positive attitude to every shift.
Key duties
- Build a positive connection with guests and support a good overall visit.
- Assist customers in placing orders for their preferred meals.
- Prepare customer meals accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with other team members and managers to hit daily targets while keeping the workplace enjoyable.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-presented restaurant.
- Provide support to guests and teammates as needed.
Job requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and develop within the role.
- Ability to stay effective in a busy, high-pressure, team-based environment.
- Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical requirements
The role requires the ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach. You should also be able to work in both warm and cold environments, remain standing for 8 to 10 hours, and lift up to 20 lbs.
